The Kingman Airport and Industrial Park is the largest industrial park in Arizona outside of Maricopa County (Phoenix area). The park has 1,100 acres of developed land with approximately 125 acres of available sites. There are 70 businesses in over 4 Million sq. ft. of developed buildings with approximately 2,000 people employed in the park.
The park is situated along historic Route 66, five miles north of Interstate 40 and US Highway 93 (future Interstate 11). The main line of the BNSF Rail Road is adjacent the park and there are over three miles of lead track within the facility with switching operations provided by Kingman Terminal Rail Road (Patriot Rail). The park has redundant electrical distribution, fiber optic communication along with water, sewer and natural gas lines meeting industrial demands. The airport is rated for 737-type aircraft for freight or corporate air travel.
The market area includes 33 Million people in a 350 mile radius of the Kingman Airport and Industrial Park. This means that “just in time” deliveries from the park can reach Southern California, Phoenix/Tucson or Las Vegas in one day.
